/24

ini bukan cerita 24 tu, tapi subnet mask.
"10.1.1.1/24". The "/24" specifies the number of one-bits (starting at the left) of the subnet mask. E.g. "/24" defines a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, "/27" defines a subnet mask of 255.255.255.224.

Save not permitted in SQL Server 2008 - Management Studio

Save not permitted in SQL Server 2008 - Management Studio

For those who tested the new SQL Server 2008, you probably got this message, when trying to change the columns in some tables, add columns or change nullity conditions. "Save is not permitted"... and something like tables have to be dropped and re-created. The only choice you have is to click cancel, or to choose to save the message to a text file, which is, i think, not very useful :). The solution i found today is in SQL Books Online, and it is pretty easy:
Tools -> Options -> Designers, and uncheck the option "Prevent saving changes that require table re-creation".

The requested operation requires elevation & UAC

“The requested operation requires elevation”. Okay, to get around this go to All Programs, Accessories, right click Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.

I’ve been running Vista for quite some time now and finally got fed up withUser Account Control (UAC). What UAC really turns into is security by nagging so I disabled it altogether. To disable UAC open the Control Panel/User Accounts then click Turn User Account Control on or off. Uncheck the box. Click OK.
